"I had such a great experience at this Macy’s location. I had to return an order that’s as an extreme mess. But thanks to a sales associate (Lynda) and her awesome supervisor (Denise) for going above and beyond to get me my refund. I wish I had a magic wand to give them both a raise. Thanks to them both for their amazing customer service."

"•Nicolette was very rude and impatient she was not even attending us and snatched a shoe out of my moms hand that she was looking go buy. •We had 4 shoe boxes that we had just received to look at and she came to us yelling in spanish saying that we couldn’t have the shoes on the try on chairs? and when my mom tried to explain that we had just gotten them she acted like she didn't care so my mom got upset and she started laughing. It made our experience so uncomfortable. • I asked for a picture of her name tag because i did not like the way she treated us and she tried to blame the way she acted on the new employee saying that he was new so he was getting overstimulated but the new kid ( Rhandy) was very professional, respectful and HELPFUL. We bought 6 pairs of shoes thanks to (RHANDY) a new employee that was doing a much better job than someone who seemed to be in charge."

"I work here. I love all my colleagues. Just be nice and polite to us and we will return the favor. The store is kept as clean as possible but it can get messy thanks to inconsiderate customers on weekends. It is very busy then. There's frequent sales. Lots of designer clothing. You can usually find what you're looking for. The 1st floor is men's, intimates, Activewear, and outerwear, as well as cosmetics, perfumes, and jewelry. The second is the women's and juniors department in addition to backstage (clothing, home goods, cosmetics all at a steep discount--kind of a mini variety store of its own). The 3rd is the home and kids & toys department."

"The only problem my fiancé had was the lady she engaged with was rude. Over all I can’t judge this store buy one bad egg it’s a beautiful store to shop in. All experiences are worth having if they are not regretted. So I give a 3 star rating."
