"This store has truly gone downhill. So sad. It used to be all about service. The store barely had anyone in it. There were 2 people at the register. The customer ahead me was asking a million questions. And the other person at the register, instead of attending me, left and asi she'll take care you. Literally leaving me there to wait while no one else was at the store.i left the items on the register and left. No way I was going to wait any longer than necessary bc of pure laziness. I'll order online. Very disappointing. Please hire hospitality and service driven people."
"This Athleta is DEFINITELY one of the better ones. ALL of the staff is knowledgeable, sincere and enthusiastic about their products. I went back to get help ( yes get help lol!) With two bras I previously bought and was met with smiles and assistance. I ended up buying another item. Positive vibes all around!"
