"I recently purchased a coat from this store as a present for my wife when going back to the UK. I specifically asked the cashier - and also the manager - that if she didn't like it or the size was incorrect, whether we could exchange it in a UK store. They both explicitly said YES, that would be fine, and I was with a colleague to verify this. Lo and behold, a week or 2 later I am back in the UK, head up to the Zara store in Reading - as the size was totally incorrect! - to exchange the jacket where I am EXPLICITY told they do not exchange items from stores in other countries and they would do nothing to help. So, I was lied to - with a witness - and now currently stuck with a very useless expensive pink (.....lavender) jacket. Not happy, not happy at all."
"Worst store ever. Always a long line. Not enough cashiers. I’ve stopped shopping here. And they charge $4 to return by mail. The return cashier walks away, hangs things, and talks to everyone that walks by. I take a half day off work just so I can come here to return items, even then, it still takes 40 minutes. Ridiculous. The sad thing is they’ll never do anything about it."
"This is the worst Zara I’ve been to. They keep the return customers waiting forever and only take purchases. Once the whole line goes by then they’ll call a return. Staff is also not friendly. Terrible store they need better employees."
"Absolutely Horrible Store! This place needs to be reevaluated for quality and customer service control. I almost passed out while waiting for almost in hour in this line! Wasted my time. As a vaulable and loyal customer, I'm now thinking about even shopping elsewhere not even online. Zara, You guys need to fix this location ASAP!"
"Lines are always ridiculously long and almost outside the store ALWAYS and they only have a few registers open. I don't shop here but my wife does unfortunately smh Expect to wait 30+ minutes per line"
