"Isn’t self check out suppose to be self check out? Didn’t appreciate an employee coming over and guiding me and monitoring me through the entire process. Not sure if this was racial profiling or anything but it’s literally SELF CHECKOUT for a reason. So annoying. Will hope that this doesn’t happen again."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I was JUST racially profiled for a SHOPPING TOTE at the self service checkout when my husband and I checked out separately. The cashier to the right of the self service checkout with glasses and a side bang- who was lucky enough that I did not take a photo of or ask for his name, decided to come over and tell us that the tote bags cost extra aside of the 10 cent bag. I told him I bought it but he decided to proceed to still disregard what I told him. Of the embarrassment he put us through I STILL HAD TO GO OUT OF MY WAY TO SHOW HIM THE RECEIPT FOR PROOF OF PURCHASE, he finally backed off. I have worked in the retail industry for over 10 years and know this is something an associate or management at any level should not accuse a consumer of without witnessing every step the consumer has taken from the moment they walk into the store. So please do better next time and train your staff on LP."
