"I find myself coughing, sneezing, and dealing with puffy eyes a lot when I am in my apartment. I work from home several times a week and have been dealing with WiFi connectivity issues. Sometimes the light also went out for no reasons. Parking is $125/month, and when I went to the office asking for a visitor pass, I felt like I was given an attitude and was told there was no more parking passes for the week. It will become available the week after. Well, my guest was there during that particular week, not the week after. There was no other choices for us other than being towed. I think for the price I’m paying, I should be getting more from this place. Would not recommend to friends."

"great place! For all of the new amenities as well as the convenient location for VCU students, this place is a bang for your buck if you share a room with your SO. Although we have had several (very minor) issues with the place that should not have happened in an apartment this new (failed disposer; dishwasher brackets, and door expanding to the point where it did not properly fit the frame) Maintenace is always very responsive and fixes our issues for free. The Wifi is also very fast (some people have had problems with it, but in our experience it only goes out at around 3am, for a period of around 5 minutes). The parking garage is also a huge convivence. If you don't want to pay the $125 per month to have a car here, there is a good amount of free street parking available if you do not mind walking a half a mile or so. They also have "trash ferries" that come around 5 nights a week to collect trash and recycling that residents leave in the hallway, which is a huge convenience. Would definitely recommend to anyone who does not mind sharing a bedroom or can afford a one-bedroom apartment for themselves."

"The apartment used to be very nice but as a previous reviewer mentioned, it is $125 for parking and the garage isn’t secured half the time and they let the VCU kids take over the building without holding them accountable for the noise, smells, or safety precautions put into place. If you’re a professional of any kind, I would not recommend this building, especially if you have to work from home. Lately many things have been breaking like water and electricity, which ended up being off for most of the day. Old property manager Shauna left as well and seems concerns fall on deaf ears now. Will be moving out after this lease term."

"Circ Apartments is a fabulous new apartment complex with very responsive management and maintenance. I have been living here since May and have no complaints! Management even gave the residents a luxury coffee machine in the lobby area, which has been great when I have forgotten to make coffee before heading to work! Aside from that, Shauna and the rest of the management team have been so helpful and have gone above and beyond any time I've had a question or even the slightest inconvenience. We also had a fun door decorating contest with a monetary prize! It was a great way to brighten people's day with creative designs from our favorite movies and a great way to give back to the residents by offering a gift card."

"Love it here! Absolutely an amazing place to live, always clean, maintenance is awesome and gets things done with extreme efficiency, and the property manager is extremely kind and great to work with. Apartments are spacious and everything is brand new and you can’t hear your neighbors at all. The balconies are absolutely gorgeous. Great place to live, and very pet friendly if you have dogs. Shauna, the property manager, even watched my dog for me one day while I was at work because he was very anxious that day. I’ve had no complaints, picked this place without even seeing it first and I’m extremely happy with my decision! 10/10 would recommend!"
