"Was not able to move in due to financial situations around last Sept/Oct and they have still not sent me my Security deposit back. The leasing employee Eriq has stopped answering my emails and messages and basically does not care if I get my money back. The customer service here is really bad and if I were you I would avoid dealing with Plant 1 at all costs."
"Not happy with the way management talks to people especially when it comes to being human. One of the property managers was completely rude and dismissive to the fact that I asked for compassion in her voice regarding a situation. I have never cried so much after such an experience and all it took would of been for her to have heard me instead of snapping and then more or less hanging up when I called her out on the fact that I was just blowing out air and that it WAS NOT directed towards her. Like come on for the rent people pay here plus all the extras the least you could do would be to be a little more polite."
"The leasing manager Eriq goes above and beyond for all of his tenants. Maintenance is always quick, and premises are very clean. Parking is very convenient as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to live in the Manchester area."

"PlantOne was a great find! Incredibly spacious for really good price!! The loft office space and bedroom impressed all of our guests. The layout and appliances were modern. The large bathtubs and granite countertops were great to have. Maintenance was always responsive, never left us hanging. Eriq was always a great help. Morgan was always responsive. I wish the dog owners kept up with their dogs on the block! The exterior of the building could use better cleaning, The inside a total gem. The power bill can get high but the free Verizon internet offset that. Take the apartment parking to keep your car safer…and try to find out whether your neighbors are noisy before you choose your apartment. Photogenic, modern, generous square footage great value."
