"I am a current tenant of Chesterfield Village Apt. This has been the biggest mistake I have made in choosing this place to live. From day one I was given a rental quote that by the time I moved in charge by almost $500. Have been calling and texting for service on the most annoying piece of what they call washing machine. As of Saturday I have not been able to open the machine to get my clothes out. The dryer sounds like it's about to explode every time I've been able to use it. I have lost track of how many times I've called for service and it is always the same . Come out put a bandage on what should be replaced. I get a call someone is coming. It is now Tuesday and my clothes are still in the washer. I'm about to start looking for a new place. Feel sorry for whomever moves into this place."

"I cannot continue to live like this. I am a resident at 404 Rivertowne and they have rodent infestation in the building I'm in, 477. I'm not the only tenant with these issues. I have a young baby and I cannot let him crawl around because of this ongoing rodent issue. I've been complaining about this since I moved in back in September and it is now December. I've sent numerous complaints, pictures and video footage where you can see that the rodent is living in the stove and nothing jas been done. They are dragging their feet and I'm tired of it."

"I Love the General Services Corp, NC! I have lived on this property for over 6 years. The property managers are all very supportive, courteous, friendly and always willing to support my needs."

"I am a current tenant at Ridgelake apartments in Sarasota Florida, which is ran it by this corporation. I went through the process of early termination for my unit which requires a 60 day written notice. During this process I spoke with my leasing office, and they informed me that I could sublease my apartment out if I find someone who is interested and have them go through the application process similar to how you would when you initially apply for the unit. Luckily, I found someone that would love to sublease my unit and had them call the leasing office with me and I was informed that they are no longer allowing subleases. I asked them how long ago was this put into affect, because I was told by the management team that this was an option for me. They told me that this was put into affect a month ago. So not only am I not able to sublease my apartment as previously promised, but I now have no other option but to pay the termination fee. I was never made aware via email, never received a letter at my door, or phone call by my leasing staff that these changes have been made. I am very upset by the lack of communication by this corporation, and would highly suggest others to seek apartment complexes under different ownership."

"Very disappointed, I reached out several times to speak with Corporate about multiple issues with SunChase and never heard back from them. As a loyal tenant for 4 years never missing rent I would have assumed they would have contacted me back but they didn't. Still have questions and issues to discuss and still hope to hear from them. Regional has not been able to help with all issues, just 1 issue or more a question. Putting tenant first should be the number 1 priority. We along with multiple tenants had so many noise complaints about 1 family that would make slamming sounds all night and early morning for over a month and Dolly did nothing nor did she ever even care. My family had so many multiple issues with Eric the maintenance guy blaring his music at all times of the night and once again Dolly did nothing. My boys, wife and myself along with other neighbors witnessed multiple times Eric nearly falling over cause he was so drunk after him getting out of his truck and once again Dolly did nothing and the icing on the cake was when Eric harassed our 13 year old juvenile son and just like every time Dolly did nothing. With everything that has occurred we were motivated to buy a house and very simply want our early termination fee waived. We have considered so many options to try to make this happen with one being a lawyer and court, or our second option is going to the news with a Tampa Bay news station so we can get results. We only want cooperation and feel after all this we've earned it. If no reply with Corporate help happens we will look into either 1 or both options. This is unacceptable. My family and I have finally moved out from SunChase apartments but we have not received our security deposit and I have no patience for waiting after all of this. I can and will reach out to Fox news in Richmond Va plus others to ensure I will receive the deposit."
