"These apartments are good for a families with kids because it’s a lot of kids out there. But the maintenance can be better , they do come out and fix things but they find an easier way to do it . they take your windows off and put them on other peoples windows when they request a new one . the walls are paper thin, cheap carpet , the roach infestation is ridiculous when they get pest control to come once every month or so and still NO change . they charge you for any and everything . MRS ROBSINSON the property manager is RUDE , unprofessional and doesn’t care about her residence. she only comes to work to get paid . she doesn’t care what issues you’re having she will look at you and say “ well what do you want me to do “ .. like this isn’t her property or something. They put a friend of mine out when she had the money to pay , MRS ROBINSON told her three different stories on how my friend could keep her apartment , my friend did everything and MRS ROBINSON said “ well look i do have the final say i can take your money and still put you out “. so my friend left . bugs come in and out the house from under the front door in which was asked to be fixed multiple times . My friend was locked inside her apartment three times and had to crawl out of the window to unlock her door with the key in order to get in through the door . IF I WERE YOU I WOULDNT MOVE HERE unless you are older with kids. Mrs Robinson will talk to you like you’re an child . Mrs Robinson should find another job if she doesn’t like hers. They should definitely have another property manager. Mrs Wiggins and crystal are all cool and do their best at their job . maintenance as well. They are all nice . Kathy gets above herself sometimes but she is overall a good person ."
"It's okay living here.But the office has fav people they like. They love to say the will put u out.mind you you pay rent and dont bother people. If you live here it's best to stay to yourself and hope the office doesn't pick on u."
