"The absolute WORST apartment complex EVER. The only good employee is Crystal L and two of the maintenance men. The apartments are a decent size, but the stoves/oven are roughly 15-20 years old, the paint on the walls aren’t sealed and if you try to clean them the paint comes right off. Lauren in the leasing office is very very rude and unprofessionally. 9/10 they do not answer the phones and when they do all you get is attitude unless you’re speaking with Crystal. Don’t let me mention the amount of drug sales that happen daily. Having to pay $100 for your guest to use the pool is quite sad. I honestly could go on and on but I’ll leave at this. DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!"

"my friend lives here. their apartment has flooded four times and all maintenance does is clean it up, the problem is never addressed and my friend has to sleep with their bed in the living room about half the time. (edit: this apparently is not a unique situation, since the complex claims not to know who i’m talking about. there must be multiple people living in apartments which are flooding regularly) they also do not waive late fees, even as a one time courtesy, and regardless of extenuating circumstances involving covid-19 (edit: which is still very much posting record numbers of deaths, and at its “height”)."

"I have lived here for a year and it has been a wonderful time. The maintenance team is very fast. If you ever have an issue with your apartment, maintenance is there in a heartbeat. You never have to wait. Kristal and Joan at the leasing office and the tenants are wonderful. It's been a wonderful year and the only reason why I'm leaving is because I'm buying a condo otherwise I would stay. I'd definitely recommend!"

"For privacy purposes I am not using my main account. If I could give zero stars I would. As everyone else has said rent is increasing at an alarming rate every year. It is now more than what we could get for a house monthly. These apartments are not worth that amount of money. Our dishwasher leaks and the guy who came to look at it ran it and it wasn’t leaking that time so he left. There are dips in the floors from most likely termites. The walls are paper thin so I can hear the family next door constantly yelling at each other, including their kids. The kids like to play in the walkways and constantly scream. Some neighbors have unruly and mean dogs. It is a dirty place with shingles coming off and just looking run down. After three years we got bed bugs but only in the back bedroom. We had to pay $350 because we reported it and our neighbors who moved in around the time we would have gotten them didn’t have them. Recently pest control came around and was only checking our neighbors next to us, below us and next to the ones below us. As they walked out I heard them say we were added to a list. Management will not tell us what is going on and refuses to give any information. It’s a pretty bad place to live. It’s dirty, noisy, and just all around unpleasant. If we could get some answers and some respect that would be great. We are actively looking for a house now to get out of this dump. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. These are just the main problems, I could go on for a while. And Cabin Creek don’t even give me your generic response, it’s not worth my time."
