"We love our apartment and the location. Very convenient to everything. Spacious & modern apartments. Well maintained. Maintenance is prompt, thorough and friendly. Office staff are great. Cons: Bryant (no longer employed here) told us we would have a handicapped accessible apartment, but just before moving in we found out it wasn't. They were very prompt at adding handrails for me and they are currently working on ramp access to the car for me. Application process was confusing. Bryant kept saying we had to sign documents but never explained how to sign them. I sent an email to the office and they told me what to do."
