"Two months since moving here, and I absolutely regret it. If you move in, be prepared with air fresheners and insecticides. People smoke inside the rooms, which then circulates through the ventilation to neighboring apartments. Cockroaches crawling all over. Unfortunately, you will NEVER get any assistance from the management. Their offices are very consistent at being closed. They never receive calls either. It's everyone for themselves and God for us all in these apartments. Just runing down my lease and hoping to get away from this place ASAP."

"DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APTS!!! Since we moved in here it’s been problem after problem!! They shut the water off for HOURS!!! You have to keep requesting for them to come out and fix something over and over!! I have had something crawling in my ceiling since I moved in which has now gotten in my kitchen cabinets and crawled down into my kitchen!! I had to call and request someone to come out and the maintenance man started arguing with me going back n forth about him coming out doing something about it getting in my kitchen! He finally comes out and outs this thin board under my cabinet and some drywall to keep it from crawling down into my kitchen!!! Which has now crawled across my ceiling and into both of my living room closets which can get directly into my living room!!! I have made several request for someone to come get this critter out of my damn house and NO ONE HAS COME OUT YET!!!! THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD TO CALL A CONTRACTOR TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO COME OUT TO GET SOMETHING THAT IS UNSAFE FOR ME AND MY CHILDREN TO COME GET IT OUT MY HOME AND AGAIN NO ONE HAS COME OUT YET!!! I HAVE CHILDREN IN MY HOME AND WE DONOT FEEL SAFE!!! DONOT MOVE IN THESE APTS!"

"Once a week there’s a problem whether it be maintenance sucks , the multiple leaks , mold , a problem with hot water , maintenance is unresponsive for days and then gets an attitude with you when you’re frustrated, maintenance rushes to fix your problems without hearing you about them first , every socket was loose upon move in and maintenance had an attitude and gave me work around options (all of which required me to pay out of pocket) when i asked them to fix it instead of fixing it . maintenance does a lot of temporary fixes but they will never fix the problem. the leasing office is just as , if not more , unresponsive , but will expect you to pay rent on time even though your unit is uninhabitable. do NOT move here."

Mcvay was very knowledgeable about the property and answered all of my questions in a very professional manner (as I had a lot of questions). She made me comfortable and let me take my time looking around during my tour of the units that I was interested in."
