"Went hunting for an apartment last month, December, found this complex and immediately fell in love. The apartment tour was fantastic, I got to see the actual unit I would be acquiring. It looked fantastic while viewing it. The whole process afterwards was very streamline! Pam Bonner helped me and did a wonderful job! We felt cared for and respected. I plan for many years here!"

"I was so happy to finally move out of this complex. We lived there for almost 10 years. And the last three were horrific. Three different companies in three years. We had taken the option to switch apartments at a lease renewal, to move to the second floor. Last minute switch to a different apartment bc the one we were shown had bed bugs. Carpet never replaced before we moved in. Bugs galore (roaches from the bath pipes, complained and did multiple service calls), trash all over the complex from neighbors just throwing trash near but not in the dumpster, mold issues. Maintenance tries but the buildings are old and falling apart. Most of my complaints and service request were blown off by management. Our last summer there the pool was closed most of the summer and reopened only after we broke our lease. Paid the fee to get out so we could raise our child in a safe environment. Do not move here."

"I could write a book as to why I do not recommend this community but i will not continue to give them my energy. I am happy I moved on to bigger better and less expensive things. The staff is terrible… they only care about money…. They have changed property management companies 3 times in the 3 years I was there and it just continued to get worse. They are rude unorganized, and dare I say racist… just a terrible experience the last year of living there became unbearable and I broke my lease.. do yourself and a favor and don’t."

"I have not lived here my self. So I can not speak on management or the day to day of the community. I however did stay for a short while an the place was beautiful. The community was amazing. I have two children and there where so many lovely kids in the area that we stayed at. like I said we didn't live there. we were only visiting but if I was to move to that area i would defiantly consider these apartment. It was very quiet at night and they had just built a pool. Its a beautiful trail that goes around the complex that also leads to this pond. It was right after a storm an the frog and stream were so loud. I really enjoyed my time there. Also the parking wasn't bad. There was endless amount of space every time we pulled back up. Inside of the apartment was nice. I didn't see any bugs. maybe a stink bug if that, the rooms were nice size only thing the kitchen looked a little out dated but very functional. All around I enjoyed my stay."
