"My name is Yvette Calhoun here to set some thing straight when I came out to your office to talk to you I am from you that there was never a move-in inspection. I do not know where that part came from about the inspection of the property. The property was in shambles when I moved in and I called and asked if you guys were going to come and do a move-in inspection and I was told no the house was a mess up. There were holes in the wall. There was no paint job done there were things that needed to be fixed? so please do not say that I told you that there was a move-in inspection because there were no moving inspections when we moved into the property on August 28 of 2020 no one came out the people moved out that day. We moved in that day and I also asked if the place would be ready, and I was informed that it would, and it was not. The floors were sticky the paint on the walls. There was ketchup on the walls blood on the wall. There was stuff on the ceiling of the kitchen walls. So at this point please do not fabricate stories. I appreciate that 321 Corbin Circle.
