"Last night 1/31/2024 I had made a reservation online. When we arrived at the hotel we were informed that Staunton was considered local and would have to pay a 250.00 dollar deposit. We.went to get cash for the deposit and during the check in process, the desk clerk kept running into the back room and would be gone 2 to 3 minutes. We left and went across the street to Quality Inn. Very unprofessional. Won't ever come back to this location."
"room was large and clean. hotel was very quiet and i didn't hear a single person outside or in the hallway after getting to my room. only real complaint about the room is that the bathroom door did not lock. do not drink out of the juice machine, i noticed black specks at the bottom of my cup and felt extremely sick for a few hours after drinking out of it. other than that the workers were friendly and the rooms were nice."
"The rooms are great, the people at the front desk too, breakfast is good, there's a waffle maker. However, if you're booking this hotel because of the hot tub, don't bother. We stayed there 4 nights and the hot tub was out of service the entire time and the pool is not heated"
"We stayed for my Husband’s work. Gina, Marva and Sunny were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was always fresh and hot with multiple choices. Our room was very clean and had lots of space so we didn’t feel cramped. We will definitely stay here again in the future."
"I am a diamond choice privileges member. I will never stay in this hotel again. This is a nice hotel. However, the customer service front desk person was extremely rude to me when I checked out. He was too busy to give me a receipt. He even said “I am too busy. I have other stuff going on, will you accept the email receipt?“ Apparently it was the end of his shift as I was sitting in my car under the canopy. He came out with his backpack and got in his car and left. He was parked under the canopy where customers should be parking to load and unload. He got in his car and left."
