"I had a very distressing experience at the hotel's front desk, particularly with a front desk person named Ray. Upon my check-in, I encountered unwarranted rudeness and offensive remarks. When inquiring about the WiFi username, I was met with condescension and derogatory comments about my nationality. What followed was a shocking escalation, as my polite request for respectful treatment was met with explicit language and threats from Ray. Despite being a paying customer who had reserved a week in advance, I was subjected to verbal abuse, threats of reservation cancellation, and eventual eviction from the property. This appalling behavior left me feeling unsafe and mistreated as a guest. Such conduct is utterly unacceptable in any professional setting, let alone a hospitality industry that should prioritize customer comfort and safety. I strongly advise the management to thoroughly investigate this incident, take appropriate action against Ray, and implement measures to prevent such incidents in the future. Can someone help me how should I take this matter forward? PLEASE HELP !"

"Traveling south and needed a place to stay for the night. When I asked at the counter what the cost would be the response was a rate of $100, when everything online and the official website said it would be lower that $70. Made the reservation online but it seems unfortunate that the quoted cost at the desk is soo far off. The room was basic, cleanliness okay, breakfast was lackluster and I wouldn't stay there again unless it was a last resort."

"Easily the worst experience I have ever had at an establishment like this. I refuse to call this a hotel because hotels aren't infested with cockroaches and hotels don't allow their customers to stay in un-cleaned rooms. That's right room #1 was a mess and covered in stains, we said no big deal to that so we just moved to another room per the front desk. The second room had cockroaches near the refrigerator. The guy working night shift wasn't really able to help at all so we went elsewhere and returned the following morning to get a refund from the manager because of the situation. He gave us a huge run around so we ended up talking to the booking company he lied to the booking company on the phone, than we called asking for the manager to merge the calls and he lied to us and she he wasn't the manager until we called his bluff. He laughed at us, mature move, and than after another 20 minutes of him wasting all of our time we got the refund. I don't care if it was the only hotel on earth I would rather sleep outside than go back here it's not worth your time or money."

"This is not a hotel, it's a dirty slum that reeks of weed. There are people outside on the balconies smoking all night and it feels very unsafe. It's outrageous that there is even a pet fee considering how grimy and outdated the rooms are. The air conditioner was jacked up, there were no batteries in the TV remote, and everything smelled smoky and musty. The man at the front desk was very nice, but it in no way makes up for how absolutely disgusting this place is. If you have little kids, please do not bring them here. I felt very unsafe all night long and got out of there as quick as possible in the morning. The price per night is insane considering what a dump this place is. Definitely avoid this "hotel"!"
