"This is the Worst Place I have ever Gone // Very Dirty Room // Even owner & staff is very Rude // They even dont know that the policy is for Checking // I have booked a Room for 3:00 PM check in as per there policy but when i reach there they told that the checkin time is change now at 4 PM & ask for extra money to check in Early // They are doing Fraud with us."

"I tried to book a room here. It said pets welcome online but there are signs at the motel no pets allowed. they denied me a room by the week for a long term stay because of my registered medical service dogs! They told me that’s why they denied me a long term room!!!! They will allow medical dogs one day at a time only!"

"Avoid this place. They charge a $50 deposit when you arrive and they are the worst rooms around. They look nothing like the pics on their page. The comforter had burns on it and the sheets and pillows had long black hairs on them and crumbs in the bed. Hadn’t changed them in who knows how long. Dirty, and overall nasty rooms! This place is horrible!"

"Old fashion, where you actually get a key like years ago. This means you have to give the key back to check out. Being right off a major highway you’d think guests checking out early is common. I stood outside ringing their darn bell for more than 30 minutes and no one showed up. I had to drop the key in the mailbox by the window. Called and left a message to please return call do I know they got the key. No one called. After I completed my six hour trip I called them back. They got my message and we’re too busy to call me. Rude man then said we got your key do what do you want? I wouldn’t stay here again if it were free"

"It's like they say about getting what you pay for. Don't expect much! In fact, expect even less than that. The other reviews are correct - if you can spare a bit of extra cash, maybe go somewhere else. Our experience : the non-smoking room we got reeked of years worth of cigarette smoke. Sheets smelled strongly of some kind of toxic chemical, to the point where I had to request new ones. And then they argued with me about replacing the sheets! No phone in the room so you have to physically go to the front desk with your request, which really isn't a big deal but modern society is lazy so... No closet in the room I stayed in, although I think some of their other rooms might have a clothes rack at least. Spackle all over the walls - not that that matters, but it just goes to show they don't care about the small touches. Not very clean, but that's not very surprising. All in all, if saving money is the main concern then book but if you want cleanliness and getting a little value for your money then AVOID. I will say that for the most part, staff was friendly if a little hard to understand sometimes. Also I enjoyed watching the birds outside. Got to see a Northern mockingbird (I think) and an eagle! And Dixie Caverns is down the street, that's pretty cool."
