"I'd say 2 if condition and location were all I was rating on, a friend of mine lives there and us can't beat the price and the landlady is very pleasent and understanding if ppl are in a bind so long as you give her the respect of doing what you promise her to so she brings the rating up. And it has a nice backyard view"
