"The staff have been incredibly responsive and timely from the first correspondence. I worked with Sierra through the whole application process and she was prompt, informative, and professional, all while being very personable and engaging. The property itself is beautiful, and so clean. The cleanliness is one of the first things I noticed about Pebble Creek. I could not be happier to call Pebble Creek our new home."

"Living at Pebble Creek has been a positive experience for our family. The management team and the maintenance staff have always been responsive to our questions, concerns, and needs in a timely and courteous manner. The grounds are well-kept, and the community is generally quiet. I have great neighbors, and the community is affordable. We enjoy the swimming pool in the summer, and the Halloween event included farm animals! Check out Pebble Creek Apartments!"

"What an awful experience. I can’t even quantify how awful it was, but 1/5 stars will do. We were not allowed to tour the unit we would be renting before we moved in — and of course — when we moved it, it smelled AWFUL. The bedrooms reeked of weed and the whole apartment smelled dirty. This continued for months, every time the floors were scrubbed the swiffer pads came away filthy (with textured vinyl the grime x years really settles in). The people around us smoked marijuana daily and our apartment smelled like someone was lighting up 24/7. There was a fire in the apartment below us because of a faulty fan. We reported our fan as faulty as well and it was 6 weeks before it was fixed. The fire damage from a previous fire years ago still isn’t repaired and the building is boarded up. This “updated” apartment we rented had ripped vinyl sheet flooring, the washing machine smelled like mildew. The appliances were base model updated. The walls had holes and horrible patch jobs. The apartment was, very clearly, a 1970s apartment that had been painted a million times. The windows were original and beaten up. There was hair (I know, but true), TONS of hair stuck to the textured ceiling in the bathroom. This was never cleaned although reported multiple times. The visible outer grounds are kept well, but the apartments are in very poor condition. The playgrounds are poorly kept, the outside lights were repeatedly out. Maintenance reports were ignored unless emergent. Admin was slow to non responsive. Pool was ok. Dog park was a small fenced in area covered in cigarette butts. On move out they attempted to charge us “repair fees” for things that were in our initial report (ripped vinyl, etc). So they don’t repair anything between tenants, but they make a lot of money charging each tenant the fees for the same damage over and over. Their online system was faulty processing our payments so we were charged a $200 late fee because we had to hand deliver a check. We were also charged for replacement of blinds that had a small chip on one of the blades. We didn’t use the blinds at all as they are a known strangulation hazard with small children, but we failed to notice and note this at move in and were charged replacement for the whole set. Pebble Creek is riding on an old reputation and charging crazy prices for what has become a very subpar complex. I would never recommend it. We paid $2,000/month to live in an awful apartment, don’t let that fool be you."

"I lived here for a year and always heard the people who lived above me walk around, often waking me up. There are tons of fees lumped in with living here - reservation fee, inspection fee, water/sewer (which is done by building, so not actually related to your usage), water heating (which is somehow unrelated to your separate gas/other utility bills you have to pay). My lease ended on the first of the month and they prorated my rent for that one singular day, sending me a bill more than a month after I moved out. They even prorated the monthly pest fee for one day and charged me $0.10 for that one day. I would not recommend living here or at any Solomon Org property. It is not about caring for the residents, just wanting to milk them for every penny."
