"Awful place to live. They find any reason to keep your deposit when you move out. The parking lot was paved then they upped the rent $300! Apartment not even worth 600 let alone 1000 for a 2 bedroom. Do not recommend."
"These ppl charged me thousands more then I owed and refuse to show proof they have my debt, took a 600$ money order and never put it to my account and now refuses to pick up the phone or call back so I pay the debt"
"Roaches in the washer and dryers. Maintenance men leave a MESS after every thing they do. Rent goes up and nothing is fixed or updated. I was there for 4 years and the first 3 years were not bad at all. It is now gone so downhill between the people moving in and nothing being updated or fixed. Everytime a new person has moved in in my building the toilet overflows which causes everyone below them to have a flooded bathroom. And they tell you that you are responsible to clean up the mess."
"I lived in this great place for 8 and a half years. The managers specially Connie Minor and Brandi were very professional and attentive in any issues if there's any in my unit in those long years I was there. Plenty of parking spaces, facing every two buildings there was a huge dumpster where people can walk a few walks to throw trashes. It might help if there's a CCTV on parking to solve some other issues. Thank you so much Oak Park that I had like a peaceful place to stay and the people in the leasing office were very accommodating! Brian the maintenance man was friendly and hard working. Thank you and more power Oak Park!!!!!"
