"Nothing but problems with management & the apartment. Roaches & unsealed window seals so in the winter time all the water leaks in and makes the window seals nasty. Overall just a terrible place to live with a bad manager. 1-2 weeks response time on A/C & Water going out and not working with heat sensitive pets around in the apartment. Just straight up ghetto area as well."

"Rooms are clean, spacious and updated. The appliances are new. Huge walk in master closet, second bedroom had a walk in as well. The place in general has a lot of living space and feels welcoming. For the price you can not beat it. The staff has been great upon viewing the rental. Elie Reiner was amazing at helping us secure a unit and she is by the far the best person I have ever dealt with. She actually seems like she wants to help others. She took time to answer anything I had to ask. The property manager is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions he could answer. As far as the rental itself, these are very beautiful layouts and the property is well maintained. Obviously I have not moved in yet, but if this level of service continues I will be updating the great experiences on this review as well because I only write honest reviews. Don’t believe the negativity on some of the other posts and give this place a chance. As far as working with Elie and the property manager, I would highly recommend. No other places have started off this amazing. 02/09/2023 I am updating this review because I would like to be completely transparent. Although I had to move out due to a Custody Case and by instruction of the lawyer, I loved it at this property. I can honestly tell you that all of the new management have been wonderful and helpful. We rarely had any issues and they were very responsive on any issues we did have. We lived there for almost a year but due to a Child Custody Case, we were forced to move. Whoever reads this, do not think twice on living here. If it was my choice I would have stayed. I couldn’t afford 2 rents, but regardless the people running this place have been amazing and they work very hard for every resident. It is increasingly getting better all of the time. There also is hardly any issues with any neighbors which most places definitely have issues with. Very clean, updated and gorgeous along with a nice property as well. Also the negative reviews are not true. They did not have bugs or mice anywhere. I was unable to stay and will probably owe money over it and I’m not going to throw them under a bus like that. It’s simply not true People are writing bad reviews because they were either kicked out for not paying or there were other reasons they were removed. If you don’t believe what I am saying, visit the property yourself. You won’t see these things people are claiming. This property is the best in Roanoke and the most understanding. Also the rent raise mentioned in another comment was warranted since they updated many apartments and are continuing to do so. For the amount of space and appearance, it is 1000% worth the rent."

"Updated from yesterday: All repairs completed and new refrigerator in place!!! Thanks maintenance technician, Nate Grubb :) Updated review: After placing 4 work orders for different issues in 1 week (1 - front door knob locked and we couldn't get out without removing the knob, 2 - bathtub drain clogged and I have to bail to use, 3 - refrigerator door seal has fallen off the bottom of the door so fridge isn't really cold, 4 - and finally, smoke detectors, brand new and just replaced within 60 days go off at all hours of the day and night, possible electrical issue) after submitting EACH INDIVIDUAL WORK REQUEST, they were not only NOT ADDRESSED but closed without anyone coming by!!! I resubmitted each work order yesterday after I saw they were closed. Today there was someone assigned at 1:30ish. That has now been cancelled. Really? Next complaint will be to VDH, not this office"
