"I've been pleased with the apartments, what I appreciate most is that when I call someone typically picks up, or if I go into the office there are people there to assist and answer your questions, the staff has been very polite and friendly. I've seen comments about safety and from what I was told from other residents that only happened once and was almost a year ago, I've always felt safe here and have never had any issues, I would recommend this place."

"Just moved here over the summer and I’m extremely upset at my decision. The interior of the apartment is nice but the biggest problem I have is how thin the walls are. Every time someone walks by outside talking you can clearly hear it inside. A lot of people here have extremely loud dogs who bark all day every day and it’s frustrating. The neighbors will also play loud music on weekdays after 11:30PM and you can hear it inside the apartment even with my TV on. Do not move here if you want to be able to sleep. I have emailed Jenni (Property Manager) multiple times and she has not ever responded to my emails or addressed the issue. The only thing management has done is put notices on everyones door about how our lease says we can’t be noisy or we’ll get evicted, but obviously that isn’t working because it continues to happen. I can’t wait till my lease ends to leave here. Also the gym is so small, theres only treadmills and weights and like two machines I was very disappointed with that as well. I have also gotten my mail lost multiple times. Don’t let the pictures/videos on their website sell you the fake luxury apartment this is because it’s not. Especially for the price and all the fees they charge for you to move here. There’s barely any parking too and If you park after 6pm you won’t be close to your apartment!"

"Beautiful complex and amazing management! The grounds are kept nice and management has done an awesome job staying on track and getting amenities completed during the new construction of this complex. I love living here and love the beautiful fixtures they have in my unit along with the detail work that has been added into our units. I made a great choice moving here and just love the staff as a whole. They work really hard and take pride in their residents and complex. Drucker and Falk is an outstanding management company for these owners and one of the major reasons why I chose to move here and that's because I knew they like to take care of their complex and residents. The money you pay to live here is worth it, so take that leap and start enjoying it and being close to everything but get tucked away from the hustle of our busy little Roanoke City."
