"If there was zero star I would give them. After many emails, calls and unanswered messages, they broke their agreement, promised to returned the application fee and refused to do so. Stay away from them as far as you can. Beyond frustration."
"Excellent staff… everyone is friendly.. it’s quiet.. CJ is awesome and was so accommodating with me when I needed to switch apts to a bigger one. I love it so far. Parking is annoying but at least it’s garaged and not bad pricing at all and totally worth not having to find street parking. It’s safe and I Highly recommend. Edit: laundry: what can you expect when mostly all college kids live here. So yes, half the washers and dryers are broken but maintenance is on top of the things, leasing is awesome, noise level surprisingly isn’t bad. Overall my favorite spot in Richmond."
