In the apartment complex we live in they recently upgraded to brand new windows in all the apartments and are continuously improving things to make them even better. The maintenance man for the complex is terrific if there is any issue he is right there to help you out! I would 100% recommend PMI to anyone looking for an affordable and great place to live!"

"My boyfriend and I are moving into one of the apartments run by PMI this month and the experience has been amazing so far! The day we went and looked at it, Mike met us there. He showed us the inside of the apartment and answered any questions we had. We pointed a few things that needed to be fix and Mike was on top of it! Before we even left, Mike was telling the workers what they needed to do. All walls are freshly painted and a new sink was installed. I have contacted Mike a few times with questions and he has responded very quickly! We asked if we could go in the apartment to measure for a washer and dryer and within 10 minutes Mike responded and said absolutely.
