"Fantastic accommodations and close walking distance to quite a few attractions like the Holocaust or Poe museum. Staff were very friendly and the valet was worth the price! Enjoyed being close to everything and this will be my hotel of choice from now on."
"We stayed one night and it was great! This is a very nice courtyard and the staff was helpful and went above and beyond. The front desk gave us good recommendations for dinner and they were so nice checking us in. Both valets, TC and Cliff were great and so friendly. The room was clean and quiet. Gym was clean also (and empty in the morning)."
"This hotel is awesome. It's right in the center of everything. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. Cliff one of the employees is so knowledgeable about the history. I stay at a lot of hotels, and this is definitely in the top 3."
"The rooms were clean and the furniture was functional. The gym was adequate. The coffee bar was open before 7am so I was grateful. The thing that made our stay exceptional was the friendly staff. I wish I remembered all their names but every single interaction was friendly and helpful. Every single interaction was positive. And that is truly rare. I’d like to give a special shout out to the Valet who consistently went out of way to say hello and be helpful even though it’s not in the scope of his position. He went to fetch people who could help or share info or was funny to cheer someone’s day. I wish I knew the front desk’s name but both times I needed something they were so kind. Thank you Richmond Courtyard pleasant stay."
"Beautiful hotel with excellent location, near lots of historic landmarks, museums, good restaurants, shops, and phenomenal coffee shops. The valet and front desk staff are friendly and super nice. The only things that they could improve are the pillows (too soft and when you ask for different ones they bring some weird ones wrapped in plastic) and also they don't have any lotion or mouth wash in the room. Also, the gym is too limited for that many rooms, with only one bench. Adding at least one more would make things easier for those looking to do more than just cardio."
