"Pleasantly surprised at the level of service. The Valet was excellent especially Jebel, Quandel, Sean and Clutch. In the restaurant Micah did a great job and helped get my food much faster than what she had indicated, a pleasant experience for certain. The Valet and restaurant made up for a few minor things. Overall a very nice stay, I'll be back again soon"

"Lots of beautiful art Decor in the lobby several different areas and nooks and crannies to sit and relax . Lots of meeting rooms throughout the hotel that can be reserved. There is also a Starbucks in the lobby of the hotel. It's the actual Starbucks so it's not an imitation. They have a lot of seating that is very nice in the lobby area they have a very very nice restaurant there as well in the full bar. While I was there they had the covered igloo romantic dining area it was very very romantic looking it was lit up there was a couple actually having dinner in there when I arrived it was a beautiful Ambiance for them. The valet is very very friendly, the front desk customer service was very hospitable, personable and we're very welcoming. I would absolutely return to this location again."

"Great check in with Akash. Overall great place to stay, but a very basic and straightforward hotel room. Location was right next to the National theater, which is what I was there for. Location is good, but not a cute neighborhood feel. Good sandwich spot and Ethiopian coffee nearby. Nearby parking lots."

"Staff was amazing. Truly. My valet Kevin made me feel very confident that my car would be well cared for and was really welcoming. Sana at the front desk just catered to me for my entire stay and made me feel wonderful. Walking me to the elevator was an extra touch. Keisha went out of her way to get some items for me that I had requested prior to my stay and was so friendly and helpful. Thank you for the lovely staff."
