"The hotel is old but we had one of the nicer rooms. But the younger front desk person was EXTREMELY RUDE!! She harassed me literally every chance she got for anything she could!!!She is horrible and shouldn't be allowed to work with the public!!"
"I Have Stayed Here At The Eagle Inn Off And On Over The Past Few Years. There Are Smoke Free Rooms And The Owners DO Take Care Of The Rooms. They're Raising Their Children Here Also So NO Funny Business Gpes On And They're Constantly Watching Out For Everyones Well Being. The Cockroaches Were Being Carried In Through Thw Customers(if Anything). I Can Praise The Owners For NOT Having Bedbugs And I Totally Appreciate That!!"
"I stayed over 2 weeks. The rooms are big and the staff stays on top of cleaning the rooms the whole room. Not just put towels and your cups then leave. Its nice to see an affordable motel that is just as nice as any 3 or 4 star hotel in Richmond. I had no problems with the other guests or staff my entire stay. Very quiet. Exactly what i look for."
"My Hubby works out of state and it's hard to stay in a hotel instead of being home. The Eagle Inn is family owned and operated. It's clean, safe and affordable. When my Husband was sick, the Owner picked up his pizza order that couldn't be delivered and brought it to him. He was a blessing to us both!! He went above and beyond for us. It feels good knowing my Husband is in a safe place he can call home away from home."
"Paid for 2 nights at hotel totaling $80, received room 11, found cockroaches everywhere, dead and alive. I packed up my belongings and called front office demanding my money back and the office clerk was exstremley rude and would not give me my money back!!! Bed sheets had not been changed because you could see hair and stains still on sheets. VERY NASTY, DIRTY, DISTCUSTING HOTEL AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK !!!! I posted two pictures of the roaches I found while in the hotel room."
