"Location is great! Staff was terrific. Newly renovated, meant it had a nice clean updated look; but our room phone didn't work, and our room had a broken air-conditioner FILTER. The room was very nice, but that filter was so fluffy with filth that it kinda creeped me out. Honestly, though, nice rooms and good breakfast. No serious complaints."

"This Hotel is currently shut down do to construction. The management was very helpful! I will definitely recommend to my family and friends when the hotel reopens!!"

"The hotel is not of quality. It is has a vibe from the 80s. People hangout on the walkway balcony; repairing vehicles in the parking lot; there is garbage waiting in the outside corridors to be thrown away. The ice bind room smells like urine. The furniture was old, dirty and out dated. We informed the front desk that the hot water wasn't running hot. When the "plumber" came to fix it he blatantly said to me that I was the only person complaining. We had to run the hot water for at least 30 minutes so that it would get hot. When I arrived there was an off duty employee standing at the front desk complaining about how the Black employees "get fired before the other employees when things go missing off their carts!" The Internet, well there wasn't any or at least I could never connect to it. I had to purchase a candle, Lysol spray and wipes to cleans and sanitize the room. And the had bedbugs! Not to mention dead bugs in the room!! I will not stay at any of their hotels again. DON'T BELIEVE WHAT YOU SEE ON THE INTERNET OR THE GREAT REVIEWS."

"The service desk was friendly and helpful. The mattresses are wrapped in a mattress cover. No signs of bed bugs. The rooms are big. My toilet bowl had not been cleaned in weeks. Wifi is ok at best with some rooms getting no signal. I could never bring my wife here."

"While the front desk attendant was polite and friendly, and the price was reasonable, the room itself was severely lacking. We had specifically requested/booked a non - smoking room and the room reeked of cigarettes. The television was oddly aligned in my opinion, and the furniture (what little there was) was dated and had clearly seen better days. Curtains and the bedspread had holes from many and varied encounters. The bed itself, while thankfully lacking in any flecking or other signs of vermin, with clean sheets, was old and not very comfortable. Other amenities (shower, bathroom, etc.) also looked very old and dated and the sink was leaky. In summation; I feel with a top to bottom renovation, the place could be salvageable. Would not stay here again. Not expecting the Ritz for the price, but definitely a more comfortable room with some better amenities."
