"Great place to stay! Prime location, amazing attentive staff, nice clean rooms, and comfortable bed! I had an issue that I called the front desk for and the person who answered said to give her 30 seconds and she’d call me right back.. 45 seconds later a staff member was at my door with maintenance! I’ve never had hotel/motel staff respond that prompt and efficiently to an issue. I would recommend this place 100 times over for whatever your lodging needs are!"

"Actually the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We showed up and they had given our reservation away. They offered us what they had left, which was a smoking room. It unsurprisingly wreaked of cigarettes along with other putrid smells. There were several bugs crawling throughout the room. Questionable stains were everywhere. The bed seemed clean, which is about the only positive thing I can say about the room. Definitely would recommend avoiding this place. At least the people at the front desk were nice but that wasn’t enough to make up for the horrid accommodations."

"I have been here for quite some time due to unfortunate circumstances but it was easy for me to be here because of my job. They have changed management and got new front desk faces. Carmen has been wonderful and has been doing great things for this hotel. The new General Manager seems wonderful. Hotel is being kept up great by the maintenance man he's fast & efficient and very nice. The houseman does a wonderful job also. Even with a lack of housekeeping they still get the job done on time. If you need anything they try their best to accommodate you in any way they can. I couldn't ask for a better team at a place I'm staying long term. Most of the guests that are here are great people and are friendly to one another. Yes they have bugs but they are working on that it's the people who don't treat this place like they should. I do not have any. They are doing monthly room inspections to keep this place clean. They are continuing to spray to get rid of the bug problem slowly but surely things are getting better. Every hotel has their problems but this one they actually fix things and are renovating slowly but surely. Love the location and the building is quiet. You don't see the police here like you do other extended stays unless there is an emergency. I'm happy to call this place home for now."

"Traveled 18 hours to arrive at the hotel location at approximately 10pm. Called from the lobby phone to get access to the room / a room key, only for my partner to be told over the phone that they have all the reservations listed so we 'obviously didn't make a reservation'. Lovely to be pretty much accused of lying right off the bat. We had paid the hotel and had also received a text confirmation of our reservation. We are both physically disabled and suffer from chronic pain, and were now stranded in an unfamilar location at night with nowhere to stay. Found and booked another hotel, drove there and while we were unpacking the same lady calls us to tell us she found our reservation and we are free to check in (at nearly 12am by this point). We said we'd found somewhere else and we'd like our money back and her response was to tell us they'd be keeping payment for one night of stay since we cancelled! As if we were going to wait around in a car park in the dark on the off chance they figured it out?! Don't book this hotel! The customer service representatives are rude and their reservation management is also incredibly poor. So even if you pay in advance you may not even end up with a room. Then they tried to charge us for a one night stay due to their own failures. Absolutely appalling and will be warning people away from the franchise."
