"The room and bathroom were really clean. The front desk was helpful and gentle. The breakfast was so good with a great variety of food. Our room was 132 and we were there in 12/30/23."

"This hotel is not the worst I've stayed in, but it wasn't the best. The word I would use to describe it is "adequate." It was old, a little dark, minor little things here and there weren't in prestine condition. I didn't see any trace of bugs or anything that was dirty or broken in a concerning or disruptive way. So it met the need for a safe and convenient place to stay. The breakfast was also adequate. Eggs, sausage, waffle makers, breads, and yogurts. Coffee that wasn't quite warm enough and meager tea options. They didn't even have variety of fruits - just red apples. All adequate."
"In a good spot right off of 581/220 late night staff was wonderful. There were fully booked and still were able to accommodate all services effectively. Pool is outdoor. Breakfast is simple but good. Can get coffee or tea anytime throughout the day."
"I came for surgery at Roanoke Memorial. The check in was easy, the staff was friendly and parking was easy. I used to be a room inspector and can tell you the cleanliness surpassed expectations. There was no dirt around the edges of the bed, the pillows were fluffy, no mold or scum around the tub and floors were very clean. I was quite pleased. Thank you Comfort Inn!!"
