"Leigh McDaniel was scheduled to replace our pressure relief valve on the gas boiler today. The appointment was established last week. We contacted him this morning to confirm the appointment. He said that he was currently replacing a sewer line, but indicated that he would complete our repair this afternoon. We left a text message and voicemail after this morning's conversation. By close of business today, Mr. McDaniel didn't respond. We feel forced to seek an alternative technician. Communication and follow up was inadequate."

"I found McDaniel Mechanical recommended on Nextdoor.com along with 2-3 other plumbers. My hot water heater went out on Sunday, and I started phoning plumbers first thing Monday morning. McDaniel Mechanical answered the phone and was able to send Mario out that morning to measure the space as there is a cabinet next to the old hot water heater. Mario arrived when stated, measured, then the hot water heater had to be ordered. It came in the next day at lunch. Mario and Leigh came out right after lunch to install it. They were prompt, very professional, got the work done in a timely manner, and cleaned up after themselves. I'm super happy that I was able to contact them and they did my hot water heater installation. Definitely a 5 star experience. Thanks guys!!"
