"I scheduled my appointment over a month ago to have a technician to look into some issues I was having with my Ford Mache. After waiting for 2 hours a technician found me in the waiting room to ask what the problem was, so i explained it again. after another hours he told me there was nothing he could do. i then asked about my other issue. at this point he disappeared for another hour and returned saying he couldn't fix that ether. I was told that both of my issues are known issues, but there is no fix. i was given some paper for how to try to troubleshoot one issue on my own and then shown the door. when i got home i looked at the paper and it said to make sure my phone was one, the car is on, the car has a charge, and i am in range. I am not an idiot and this was not helpful. I wasted half my day for nothing. I got the impression that they had not planned on me visit. the technician that was assigned to me was very green and had to ask for support from his manager multiple times. I expected to have a knowledgeable and Perficient technician working with me at the ford dealership."

"I was scheduled for an appointment today for the first time at this location, and noticed in the email reminder sent the day prior, that a 3% percent surcharge is applied to all credit card transactions. As I was scheduled to have a lot of work done, this surcharge would have been sizeable. This information should have been made available on the website or during the scheduling process. I immediately cancelled my appointment and rescheduled service elsewhere where there are no additional fees. It's a shame that large companies are now utilizing these nickel and diming techniques to squeeze additional funds from their customers."

"Easily the best dealership service experience we’ve had. We were having brake issues and needed routine service too. We converted our Ford Transit into a campervan so had a unique situation as we were passing through the area and our vehicle is also our home. The staff worked with us to make sure we had what we needed and gave us access to our car while we waited for parts to be delivered. The lounge was comfortable, had coffee, snacks, and water, and nice work areas and Wifi. The entire staff was sweet with our dog and gave her treats and attention as we waited. Kent communicated well with us each step of the way and set expectations. Thanks to Kent and team! Would highly recommend stopping in!"
