"I called this company after a power surge hit my house and fried my dryer. I talked to the tech and told them the testing I've done. They were completely honest with me and told me that they would do the same testing if they came out. They confirmed that a particular part had to be bad if it was getting power with no lights/response. I asked about ordering the part, and they gave me the part number I needed! I will definitely call this business again if I ever have ANY appliance need because of the amazing help and honesty they provided me. They had the opportunity to get an easy service call, but they helped me out instead. Very good and professional business. Thanks again!!"
