"Glass Doctor Auto of Glen Allen is fabulous in every way, and I have nothing but good things to say about them! I had to have a new windshield installed last week, and after doing a bit of research and reading several reviews, I decided to take my Honda CR-V to them. I am so happy I did! I called on Wednesday, and Patricia was able to schedule me for 9:00am Friday, just two days later! She answered all my questions, including how long the service would take, and what the cost would be. The cost ended up being exactly what she said it would be and lower than I had paid elsewhere previously! When I first arrived for my appointment, I was met by Lisa, who was very kind and helpful in explaining their procedures regarding the windshield replacement, as well as letting me know about the "warranty" that Glass Doctor provides for this service. While I was having a nice leisurely breakfast nearby, (shout out to Lisa for running my Kindle up to me!), my windshield was being replaced. In less time than originally quoted, I received a call from Lisa telling me my car was ready. The new windshield was super clean and looked to be installed perfectly. My inspection sticker was in place and looked good, same for my rearview mirror. Windshield washer hose was connected. No issues whatsoever. Nice job! I will certainly be taking my car back to Glass Doctor should the need arise. Great people, great service, and good pricing make this business outstanding in my book! Thanks for taking care of me!"

"Anyone who knows me knows I'm ocd about my car. I've taken it to glass doctor twice and have been happy with the results thus far. Only had a little issue when I came home and my wiper fluid nozzle wasn't working. Drove back to the shop and they fixed it in less than a minute."
