"Manager, Alex Rivera, rang me up and suggested I get the balloons delivered. When I came back to fulfill the delivery order, her and another cashier put in my information to have them delivered. When I called to see where the balloons were, associate's response was "I didn't see a delivery in our system". That pissed me off. Then I spoke to Nathan, manager, and he didn't apologize one time, just empathized with me and said "I would be frustrated too." These comments don't help or resolve the issue that Alex suggested to have the balloons delivered, I see the comments on my receipt for it to be delivered (correct info) and then when I call no one knows what's going on or why it's not in the system. These excuses are irrelevant to me when I paid in full for my balloons. Then when I pick then non-delivered balloons today at 830am, no one had the courtesy to put my balloons in a large bag. I guess I have to make sure your associates do their job by ALWAYS asking questions. Maybe AI's will do better than party city associates."

"I bought decorations for my husband's birthday party at the Party City by Patrick Henry Mall in Newport News, and I bought enough to have the balloons blown up the day of the party and free delivery. They sold me on the high float to put into each balloon so they would stay afloat for over 24 hours. 7 hours after they were delivered, the balloons were on the floor! I did the survey the next day and explained what happened. The following day I received a call from the store manager, and she was very apologetic and offered some reasons, but she said that the entire order was going to be credited back. It was such a surprise to have the entire order credited back and not just the balloons. Very impressed with the level of good customer service and I will return as a customer. Happy customer!"

"Online shopping review: I received a 15% off discount for signing up for party city notifications. I then went online and purchased a balloon set with fringe foil curtains. (Pic for reference) the balloons set was large enough to take apart the smaller balloons and place two balloons on each table and still have a few more for the backdrop. The ease of ordering online was user-friendly, and I was able to pick up my order as anticipated. Nice customer service, and I was also pleasantly surprised to see birthday displays on discount. I’m the future, I will try going into the store the day of the event to see if they have anything on clearance because those marked down items were priced to sell."
