"They say 1st week .01, they charge the .01: when you order, deliver 2 weeks later, demand full payment,then don't make the items usuable! washer and dryer,waste! Never again"

"The WORST customer service ever. Amanda and the other girl are so rude and very unprofessional. They charged my debit card two times in one month and tried to say a missed a months payment when I’ve never been late. I called corporate and received my refund. I can’t wait to pay off my bed and never rent from them again. Antony is too a sketchy guy. They are all so ghetto and nasty. I put the manager in her place today by telling her she just can’t talk to people anyway she wants too, she is a manager at a furniture store. Not a doctor or lawyer. They are all lowlife nobody’s."

"Very rude and unprofessional management will lie to make sale. Sent a twin mattress to my home with pee stains on it!!! Was told I would receive bunkies for bunk beds called two times within a month and was told that no one every told me nor my husband that we would receive bunkies. Just very unprofessional we have account on autopay NEVER missed a payment I will NEVER do business with them again. Employees always at front of business smoking cigarettes lord knows what else as I see they will lie to customers. Do not do business with them they do not value loyal customers!!!!"

"One of the worst businesses I’ve ever had to deal with. We financed a couch that was marked up for 900$. After paying 100$ a month for a bout a year I called and asked why we were still having to make payments. They said if you don’t pay off the couch in the first 120 days that the price goes up. It almost doubled and we still owe 700$ after already paying 1000$ towards this couch. We weren’t told of any of these terms and I can’t find it anywhere in the paperwork. We recently came into a financial hard ship and couldn’t pay the bill on time. I asked them if I could pay it a couple weeks late just the one time because I couldn’t afford the payment. All they did was demand the payment while harassing me and my wife everyday. Eventually they pulled the payment off our card without our permission, it was the last of our money. We were only three days late on this payment. They do not care about their customers. They will do whatever it takes to get your money."

"It was easy, had a great variety of furniture to choose from and next day delivery. Update: Had to do an update on my review. Got a new T.V. a Philips a few months back 55 inch and it's great! It was delivered to me by Ray and Shannon who gave great customer service as well great interaction. Even shared a few laughs. Explained how everything worked, went thru few things and made sure I was happy with my purchase. (I was, I am!) I appreciate the great customer service given ."
