"Rudest male store clerk. In the perfume / kids section. I tried to purchase a DKNY perfume 50ml opened box on the sale rack that did not have a tag, it was the last one. The male sales clerk was argumentive and giving a lot of feminine energy. This was stressful and completely unprofessional transaction. I couldn't be the only person he's treated this way. Please play back any video audio recording of the embarrassing behavior from this employee. I had to leave all the other items on the counter behind I couldn't bear through any more than this one item he was determined to overcharge me for.store."

"If I'm being perfectly honest, I am a returning Macy's fan. I used to love shopping at Macy's but things seemed to go downhill with them about 15 or so years ago. I felt that their quality had gone down and prices up. Recently though, I've found myself shopping here again, at this particular store. I have found good quality brand clothes for great prices on multiple occasions! This store is well-organized, brightly lit, and easy to navigate. The staff seems to be very helpful and kind every time I've shopped there between summer and this busy holiday season. The clearance racks are organized and early labeled, not all junked up at all! The only downside is for the girls clothes, the selection is awful. I don't have the best luck in finding a variety of clothing for my daughters. Other than that, I really like this store and will continue to shop here."

"Love Macy's during the holidays. The sales are awesome! I was standing at the entrance (the one on the side with Twisted Crab) prior to 10 am, and at 10:08 a.m., staff still had not come to unlock the doors. One of the ladies who was also waiting called inside the store, and that's when they unlocked the door. I was not pleased about that at all. I was trying to do a quick store pick up."

"Macys is high. Everything was so expensive. They did have a 9.99 clearance section for earrings. They had a nice little section with makeup gift sets for Christmas. I wasn't impressed with the merchandise. You get the best deals shopping online. You get 25% off when you sign up for emails. Their always having a sale online. In the store not so much."
