"I used to really like this JCPenney but the customer service has really gone down. There is only one checkout for everything and this was so slow that I had to leave my things and walk out of the store. There were other workers/staff just walking around instead of helping the customers in line."

"I went for sheets; the selection was terrible and expensive for what you're getting. All the bedding is split up and all over the place. There was a cooling pillow display, and when I finally tracked down an employee, they were not helpful. I didn't check to see if they had it; he just said. "If you didn't see it, we don't have it. " Not sure if it's just lack of employees, but that place sucked!"
