"Employees were rude and inconsiderate and I was told my order would be canceled because i was calling in to find out why I was told 2 different days I had to call out of work from to stay home and my delivery never arrived. UPDATE: The problem was solved after I spoke with the district manager and the store manager my son has received his bed and everything is just right. It was an unfortunate situation that some great people got together and made right. I want to personally thank the store manager James. He stuck to his word and got everything right. Thank you."
