"Wait time was less than 1 minutes for curbside pickup. The young man that brought it to me was not friendly. I said hi and thank u he mumbled a few things that I couldn't even hear and basically tossed it to me that was very rude but the older lady with long braided was very friendly."

"We bought a new dryer. Porsche was our sales person and she was extremely pleasant to deal with. Our transaction was done quickly. We also bought some batteries at self checkout. We prefer Home Depot to Lowe’s because the staff seems more technically capable. Our dryer gets delivered soon. Very happy with our purchase and visit."

"Home Depot in general is a step below Lowes. No phone number to check gift card balance. You must do online. Wife bought me 2 gift cards for Christmas. Have to order this product online. They said bank declined 1 card. This is all Dec 25. Ummm , paid cash for both. Really? So now i have ruined a couple hours of Christmas trying to get it straight. Nope, they stole 100$ from me. So now I have to waste time tomorrow getting it straight. It did accept both cards, then email says bank declined. Like I said, paid cash. Why didn’t my wife get Lowes card ugh! Update: 2 hours on phone total Dec 26. They Canceled my order. I have to wait up to 24 hours for the card paid for with cash to reboot. Lowes Knows. Update: 11:51am still 0 balance from 100$ 12:13pm still 0$ 4:48pm still 0$ 6:13pm still 0$ 8:22pm still 0$ 9:45pm still 0$ 12:06am still 0$ 9:18am still 0$ Finally got an e-gift card. Their mistake and now i have to turn cookies on. Jeeesh. I have literally lost 6-8 hours on this. Will update if they screw up my last order with them. If you ever see me at Home Depot after this, call the popo, I have been kidnapped."

"Came here for 1 item and had a hard time looking for it however a team member named Anthony (black man, bald head) helped my boyfriend & I out very well! He searched everywhere for the item for us and he continued to check on us ensuring we had everything we needed. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and even grabbed other team members to help us. Anthony made our visit really nice and we appreciate him."
