"I 1st called to see if they had any white to go containers. The young lady said yes. And informed me that they close at 4. It took me 5 minutes to get there. Once i got there i looked and looked couldn't find any. I then asked the manager on duty. She had a bad attitude then she asked the girl at the register did she tell someone that they had to go boxes. Her answer was no. She flat out lied. Bad customer service. It's thanksgiving nobody don't want to be running all over Newport news for boxes. This store was family dollar in hiden wood in Newport news ; Virginia"

"I have always loved FD!!! This one is small and not always organized. I have had times where I'm ready to pay for my items and the cashiers are on their cell phones. That is rude and not professional! I'm happy during the pandemic to find my fav Spic and Span cleaner & they have Clorox wipes which I was shocked to find! Their hours are nice! It's also in a convenient, safe area which is a plus!"
