"If I could give a zero star I would. My granddaughter went there with a cracked back glass and when she went to go pick it up they said they cracked the screen fixed and charged her 100 + dollars. On their site it shows a one year warranty and they did not give her any paperwork for the warranty or work that performed. The phone was acting up and within two weeks became a green screen of death. She went back and they said it now had an internal crack and it would cost an additional 300+ dollars to fix for parts and took no responsibility, even though she only uses it with her apple watch because of her work and very carefully after the first mishap and bought a good case. After picking up she came back from picking up the phone it was warm as anything to which they said it would be. BUT it literally made the battery go and burned the phone. I'm glad it did not catch anything on fire. They replaced the battery for free and replaced the parts in the iphone making it a FRANKINPHONE but would not take any more other than wanting her to take her bad review down and harass her for it. Please read it."
