"Terrible service today's cashier was racist"

"First the young guy deandre or desean what ever his name is. Is rude I stood in front of him for a full minute while he picked thru music on his phone before he addressed me. I asked him about a online order I made he askes me do I have the right store. While I’m showing him the email and the address. Then they didn’t have my order. They tell me wait til Friday. Then Friday comes and still no order. But when I call they hanging up on me. Then tell me my order not there didn’t Ask my name or what I even ordered. I call the 800 number on my email they hanging up on her as well. I won’t be going to that family dollar or ordering ish else off they site."

"Everyone is great in this store. I lived in this city going on 2 years now and I have never had a problem with anyone until last week. This beautiful young lady with pig tails was rude the very moment I walked in, to the moment I left. I even went back a few days later (I go there a lot) and she ran into me on the same aisle(not literally.) She gave me the nastiest stare ever. So unprofessional. Why work somewhere if you’re not happy?"

"Went to this location around 12pm today. Nasty rude cashier standing at the register with no light on who would not make eye contact, speak or look up from her phone. I'm sorry but who ever manages this location should know that this is not acceptable. I've never seen someone act so poorly and rude. It is amazing she still has a job. Would tell you her name but she had no uniform or name badge on...shocking."
