"I drive from Montgomery County, MD just to come here!! I have a royal farms in my area literally across the street from my husband job but I come here!! Hakim is always full of smiles and extremely attentive to everyone who comes in. I have yet to see him without a smile on his face!! Shout out to Hakim at the Royal Farms in Hanover, MD!!"

"As a full-time rideshare driver for many years, I have to say that I have visited my fair share of Royal Farms stores, and when I walked into this particular location today, burdened with my own issues , I was first blown away, as it stood out , IN THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE, to me because their hot food area (chicken etc) looked so appetizing ,,neatly organized, stocked full of fresh products plus everything was super clean! (OH YEAH, I walked in for coffee but left with coffee and chicken/fries, because it literally made me drool looking at the case, LOL) And if I was to contrast that to pretty much any other ROFO I’ve walked into in months it seemed like it must be a completely different company. so you know this team here should get big-time credit plus huge shout out to the charming 23 year old young man that helped me so I could have whip cream fir my coffee. It seems little but his interaction made me feel like he went over and beyond anything I’d ever receive at a different location. It’s the small things that matter in that little interaction helped change my sad bad day into something actually memorable . Lastly it’s a holiday and several staff were all present with great helpful attitudes . In the future I will try to come here specifically because of today anytime it’s even close to possible even if I’m driving a little extra , they’ll surely make it worth it! "I ordered a Turkey Sandwich and the guy burnt my bread. I asked for him to make another one. And he had a attitude about it..on top of that. I also ordered a tender meal and they didn't put fries in the box. Smh. Rude service. Guy at the cashier was very polite and helpful. The two making the food should be replaced."

"So large Private Corporations can get away selling Expired Milk. The health inspector needs to make a visit. I’m sure this isn’t the only item in the store that’s expired. Royal farms lost my business forever. I take food related incidents extremely serious. It a matter of health and safety. Stay away from this location."

"This Royal Farms is a brand-new gas station & convenience store in the area. The price of regular gas is not the lowest, but competitive. Each gas pump has five types of gas to choose from – “regular,” “midgrade,” “premium,” “diesel,” and “E85.” My local Royal Farms located in the Baltimore County does not have "E85" type of gas. In the convenience store, it is not as big, but spacious and clean. The “World Famous” fried chickens are crispy and tasty, but at the same time, they are too salty for my taste buds. The men’s room is clean but very small and narrow."
