"If you want to purchase anything perishable from this Safeway, check the "sell by" dates carefully. The refrigerated shelves are full of expired items. The prices are higher than other grocery chains in the area anyway."
"This is the worse grocery store I have been to. There was not one cashier available for checkout. I had to use self-checkout and I had many grocery items. I had to get one of the people working there to come over to help me because there were two items that were on sale; however, those 2 items were not showing as on sale. The lady was rude and argued with me. First, she tried to tell me those two items were not on sale, but they are. Then, she tried to tell me it shows at the bottom. However, when she removed the items and put it back they showed on sale! I will never shop there again. If I could give zero stars I would! I have read the other reviews, many people have the SAME issues with this Safeway and NOTHING has changed! If you believe in being treated with decency especially when you are paying for overpriced food. ..I would avoid this Safeway."
"Terrible customer service, I ordered some black Forrest ham from them through door dash and it was spoiled. I contacted the store to inform them so they could remove it from the shelf and was on hold forever and when they finally picked up, the guy said he had to transfer me to his management . Then the call dropped during transfer. Very poor service... Update: Thanks for contacting me, this was the first time I ever had an issue with this store. It's nice to know management is checking and addressing reviews so quickly."
"This is the WORST Safeway I have ever ordered from/shopped in. I’m a big fan of order pickup for the convenience, but every time I order from this location- it’s inconvenient. My last state was today when I received expired meats and moldy strawberries in my grocery pick up. They also didn’t bag any of my produce and they threw my bread underneath a carton of chicken stock. Customer service was horrible and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Save your time, their prices are too high to be this ignorant."
