"ABSOLUTE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE! I ordered Jordan’s for my daughter for back to school in August. I got my shoes sent to the store and they said the shoes got lost in transit. After a month of waiting (according to policy) They resent the shoes and once again they said they got lost. I have been waiting 3 months and I opened a claim with corporate. The manager there told me it would be resolved in 4 business days. That was 15 days ago. Now I have to go all the way back to tithe mall just to get a refund. I blame the companies incompetence as a whole. That’s why I don’t shop at foot locker but I thought the kids foot locker would be better ."

He couldn’t find the shoe I was looking for but instead of quitting on the sale he found a store just in the location I was going to next an him and John helped me locate and hold the shoe for me.
