"They have the best prices in the area but their customer service is horrible! The cashiers are the absolute worst! Who put Djay at a register when he is rude and has no personality! I don't order deliveries anymore because they constantly deliver the wrong items."
"I went in to get baby formula and it is locked in a cabinet in the back of the store. I asked four store employees to help and they shared that they would call someone to help and never once did anyone come. I stood there for a while with two other people waiting to get help not to mention they have a camera pointed directly over the cabinet. I had to walk around the store asking three other people if they could help only for them to say no I don't work in that department. Finally a guy coming out of the storage room stop to help he walked to electronics where we found a guy just hanging out he asked do you have to key to the baby formula and he gave the guy the keys. So after 45 minutes everyone was able to get help. I wish I knew his name because he was the true example of old fashion customers services."

"We did not have a good experience in the electronics section, my spouse and daughter asked two people in that section on televisions and they gaffed them off. I had to ask the guy are you going to sell me a TV and it seemed like it was too much trouble. We bought it anyway because my daughter needed it but if it were up to me I would have left it there."
