"I am a Malayalee. This grocery store is probably the only one in Maryland that carries groceries which caters to Mallus. The owner is very friendly and best of all you can order online and carry out the order. There is no pressure."

The merchant does not bother you with unwanted questions and follow-up emails. They even refunded for 2 items that they could not ship, right back to my card. The packaging and delivery through USPS also went well. Personally for me, I may not need to go to a desi grocery store ever. They have it all! 5 Stars all the way!!!"

The products are new/fresh, communication is clear, shipment arrives fast and the overall experience is positive. Recently, they went above and beyond and refunded the shipping cost for me as one of the things I needed the most on the order was out of stock. So, basically they didn't charge me for shipping as they understood that the other items on my order were not the reason for the purchase that day. Very customer friendly store indeed!
