"I shop there all the time until I had a rude cashier. Now that you must bring your own bags in the cashiers will not put your items in personal bags. So I had to bag and put things on the belt to keep the process going. She would not get anything under the cart I had to pull them up and she then shot it with her gun. I had a large cart and I was not going to go through the self checkout line. I spent over $300 at Food Lion. Either I shop more often and go through self checkout or not shop at Food Lion. Self checkouts have made the cashiers not want to do their jobs properly. Very disappointing shopping day for me."

"Store is fine and most employees are great, but every time I shop here in the early morning I feel like I’m the worst person to grace the store. Just today, all I did was say good morning and got silence and back turn. Not 3 minutes later someone says Good morning and the same lady says it back and all happy. Microaggressions like that keep happening at this location and I have zero idea why. Most of time I do self checkout and need no help so idk why I am treated like less-than."

"I went to food Lion today and I’ll tell you it was so packed I could barley squeeze in the isle but an associate named gisel helped me with my last minute shopping and she was extremely patient with me kind and kept a nice vibrant attitude with me which made my day I’ll be shopping here from now on thanks to her"
