"ordered pickup and whoever shopped for me did a really terrible job. not only that, but i did curbside and ended up having to wait 15 mins before being notified that i'd have to go in and get the order myself because "no one is available." i ended up having to go in and repick all of the produce myself -- completely defeating the purpose of me doing curbside pickup in the first place. they also forgot one of my items. really disappointing experience."
"To Management, Please clean the store. Every time I come in this store, the floors are disgusting dirty. The front area is never clean and also inside. It is hard to shop in a store where the floors are so dirty. In addition, why is there only one cashier, unacceptable. Your store has too many business to have one cashier on a regular basis. Management need to do better with maintaining the store."
"Update 8/31/19 - I still shop here for my dry goods but the produce has really gone downhill over the last month or two. I no longer plan on buying my fresh food here. I'll attach a picture I took today to show the type of thing I mean (I didn't even have to dig for that bag - it was front and center!). Love this new Aldi! Super convenient if you live in the area. If you've never been to an Aldi before, do a quick google before you go, it's not like going to any other grocery store in the area - you need to bring a quarter to release a cart (you get it back when you put the cart back), the vast majority of what they have is store brand and there aren't many varieties, you bring your own bags, and bag your own groceries at a bagging area (it's basically a long shelf) that stretches along the wall leading to the exit. There are other differences, but those are probably the biggest - reading over a few of the other reviews, it seems like some people just weren't warned that Aldi is a different experience. But the quality of the food is great and the prices are too!"
"Isn’t this supposed to he discounted food? Bread and few things were cheap but a lot of stuff in here is way overpriced for the brand it is. But the store is clean and organized and staff were friendly and helpful."
