"This is the second time I’ve come to this shop where they’ve tried to assigned me to an inexperienced nail tech. The first time, I was eventually seen by someone else. This time, I remained with the tech. By all means, I understand people have to learn. I’m willing to be patient because everyone starts somewhere. However, this is also meant to be a relaxing experience and the shop should keep that in mind. When I had requests (e.g., water was too cold, my nail was being filed at a slant), the more experienced nail techs acted as if I was a bother. One nail tech had an attitude when she came to assist the tech and I didn’t appreciate that. The final straw occurred when the tech cut my cuticle too close to the skin twice. Again, everyone has to learn. However, it is the responsibility of the employer to determine how skilled the tech is before they take on clients. The most disappointing thing about this experience is the fact that no one came over to see about the situation once I stopped the pedicure. I asked if I could wait for someone and they replied by saying “we have other clients.” No attempt to reschedule the appointment or even guide the tech on how to improve their work. As a result, I asked to have my profile removed from their system as I will not return. I should be able to make reasonable requests and not be cut during a pedicure without being made to feel like I’m a bother."

"Ladies please reconsider microblading as an option, because it is not semi-permanent. It is pretty much permanent. I went there 6 years ago to have my brows done by Quyen. I researched microblading and was led to believe that these would only last 2 years, 3 at the most. Six years later, they are still on my face! I contacted Quyen and really didn't care for her response in terms of her explaining to me that they are pretty much a tattoo and is considered permanent makeup. Now I have to spend extra money to have them removed. If I had known these were going to be permanent, I would have NEVER gotten them done and I am not spending more money at this spa to have them removed when I was deceived in the first place. Ladies, please do your research and consider less permanent options. You will see online, a lot of women are pretty much dealing with the same issue I have"

"Absolutely the worst! My daughter went to get her nails done and they “ran out of time” so they sent her home without polish after she paid $60. They asked her to come back at 10 am for polish but she is in high school so she was not available so they offered 12:15. She came during her lunch and they said she was too early that they now had a client and she said she couldn’t wait bc of school. They asked her to come back again at 4 bc they were too busy. I took her to another salon to finish the job. I called and the woman blamed it on my kid that they had to close without finishing the job and that she arrived early for her lunch appointment. Never going there again. Go to Polish Salon on Rollins. They are great and the service is amazing!!"
